The Weekly Reset: Part workshop / part lab, The Weekly Reset is a guided 90-minute virtual session that includes various techniques for weekly reflection and planning. The workshop mainstays include celebration, recalibration, and looking at things with life balance and your bigger goals in mind.

Who: Artists and non-artists alike who want to develop a weekly planning habit that organically helps them close the gap between where they are and where they want to be

What: A structured 90-minute virtual workshop that employs various weekly planning techniques

When: Fridays 3:00 - 4:30 p.m. eastern time

The Weekly Reset meets (virtually) every Friday at 3:00 p.m. eastern time. We start the meeting with brief introductions and then jump right into the reset techniques for the week. Participants will be asked to answer (for themselves) various questions that bring to light where they are on track (yay!), where things are not working (boo!), and where they want to place their focus for the week ahead. We wrap up with a group debrief, taking turns answering the "question of the week" aimed at affirming our most recent efforts and adding accountability for what's next.

As with the Creative Habits Lab, I hold the consistency and structure so you can more easily build your new routine. I will choose the techniques/questions for the week so that you can experience various approaches to the weekly reset habit. I will make sure we start and end on time and that everyone gets a chance to introduce themselves, complete their weekly routines, and check-in/debrief using the question of the week as a guide.
