The Practically Dreaming Workshop: An in depth, four-part workshop for both analytical people who want to bring creativity and intuition into their routines as well as creatives who want to add more structure to their pursuits.
Who: Artists and non-artists alike who are ready to explore “what’s next” in their lives.
What: A chance to stop, reset, and thoroughly de-clutter your goals, dreams, and everyday routines.
When: New sessions begin in September! Please contact me to join one of these sessions or to schedule your own.
This workshop is great for those who:
- are in transition between large projects
- feel they may have too many goals or are unsure of where to start
- want to jumpstart a new routine or creative habit
- enjoy creative planning and are seeking alignment between their values, goals, dreams, aspirations, and ambitions
The workshop includes creative exercises that help you:
explore yourself and your goals
including understanding the difference between goals, dreams, aspirations, and ambitions, and how making this distinction increases our sense of fulfillment.
set up your own, personal "goal maintenance" routine
so that you are confident that you are making meaningful progress in the areas that matter the most to you.
develop regular creative habits
learn how to think about artmaking and creative exploration like any other healthy habit
