AFFORDABLE COACHING FOR ARTISTS AND CREATIVES

We all have callings in life. Following our callings encourages us to grow. Life can sometimes feel circular as we revisit certain challenges over and over again. Verbalizing your thoughts to a coach or mentor - someone who is there to listen, join you in curiosity about yourself, and help you move towards your goals and/or grow as a human - helps to break unwanted patterns by forcing the brain to consciously process, re-frame, and reinforce new neural pathways.

Piecing together a life with an art career at its center is its own creative endeavor. I wholeheartedly believe there is no singular "right" path to being a successful artist. That said, it can be helpful to set some markers, if only for yourself. Talking through it can help you do this.

I am happy to work with people who don't consider themselves "artists". I love it when anyone infuses their lives with something that is meaningful to them. This often involves art-related tools and activities, but does not necessarily involve a finished product or labeling yourself an artist. I am delighted help anyone pursue their creative callings.

I completed my foundational coach training studies with The Institute for Life Coach Training and also received a meditation teacher certification from The Path meditation program. My approach to coaching is  pretty simple: i) use the "short-term" to grow in the long run (start with what's right in front of you - explore what is working, what is not working, identify the next next step) and ii) grow your resiliency toolbox. I love brainstorming solutions and am happy to offer ideas and suggestions if it feels helpful.

Your first session is a consultation and is always free. Following the initial session, subsequent sessions are $65 for 50-minutes. Why do I offer "affordable" coaching? I don't do a lot of marketing and I don't have a lot of overhead, so I can set my price relatively low. Bottom line, it feels good to use my skills and interests to support artists and people pursuing their passions!
